Thanks to all who attended the first trails & selection evening and continue to observe the Covid procedures as much as possible. It is important we continue to adhere to England Hockey requirements so we can carry on playing and hopefully move to Step 5, competitive league hockey, very soon.

FIXTURES AND LOCAL RESTRICTIONS
Currently we have 4 home games on Saturday 12th July. Local restrictions prohibiting multi team sports events may mean a change to these fixtures. If so the 3rd XI league match v Wootton 2s at 2.30 will still take place and we will have a training session/match 1s v 2s in the morning. We will keep you up to date with developments.Saturday 5th September there will be a training session/match 3s v a mixed 2s and 4s team in preparation for their league match the following weekend.
PITCH OPENING SATURDAY 12th SEPTEMBER
At 11.00am prior to the 11.30 fixture (or training match) there will be our official opening ceremony of the new pitch. Towcestrians club chairman, Frank Osborne, and president, Bob Price will say a few words, the pitch Development Committee will be there and our very own Sue Willers has been asked to cut the ribbon and declare the pitch officially open. We will also be presenting the Tommy Tucker discretionary award and the Champagne Moment.
All members and their families are invited to attend. Social distancing and gathering in groups of up to 6 must be observed.
We live in a world of last minute changes at the moment so please keep an eye on all our communication channels for any updates.
