Towcester Ladies Hockey Club are pleased to announce that on 31st March 2009, England Hockey awarded our club, the official ClubsFirst Accreditation.
ClubsFirst is aligned to Sport England's Clubmark programme. Clubs achieving the accreditation will be recognised nationally as providing a 'safe, effective and child friendly' club environment within both the hockey family and sporting networks such as the school sport system, County Sports Partnerships (CSPs), Sports England and many more.

In order to obtain the accreditation Towcester Ladies Hockey Club had to adopt many England Hockey policies, as well as writing a number of their own and putting many quality control processes in place. Some of these policies/processes will be available to read by juniors/parents in the Junior Pack. A Junior Pack is given to every junior each year. Additionally some policies are on the noticeboard which is always by the dugouts at training sessions each week.
